DNA Lab Test Results In Question Fairfax County Circuit Court Judge David T. Stitt has called into question the results of perhaps 100,000 DNA tests run by LabCorp.

The reason? According to news reports, Judge Stitt criticized the practices of the testing facility and the oversight involved. He ruled that a paternity test which found that a man was the father of a child by a woman he reportedly had not seen in years was the result of human error.  ¶ 3:33 PM
